Search Tips

Here are a few tips to assist you in your search. We just wanted to provide you with a little more information on how the search works. Items 1 & 2 are the most useful.

1. Entering words to search. None of the words have to be capitalized although you may. For example, if you type in the name russell, the search will return every document or web page containing the word Russell. You would get George Russell, Joy Russell, and William Russell, etc.

2. If you are searching for joy russell and want only those pages that contain Joy Russell, put the name in quotes. For example, "joy russell" "Joy Russell"
It really does not matter if your capitalize, for it is a hard habit to break.

Items 3 and 4 help you refine your search. You probably will not use them much,

3. If you are looking for those web pages or documents that contain either Joy Russell or William Russell on the same page, enter the following: joy russell OR William Russell The OR must be uppercase.

4. If you are looking for a page or document that contains both Joy Russell and William Russell on the same web page or document,
enter the following: joy russell AND William Russell The AND must be uppercase.
